Because our products are personal care items (skin & hair), we maintain strict hygiene standards. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product is opened or used.
We accept returns only if:
The product is received in a damaged or defective condition.
The wrong product was shipped.
Steps to Request a Return:
